Gasp...... it has been a few months since I have posted. I am currently down in Anchorage for a variety of reasons. Tacey and I have been down here for a week. Went to the VA hospital for a check up since my feet and legs were swollen real bad. John LaMountain is also here visiting from New York. Been many years since I have seen him, lots of catching up to do. Weather down here is lovely compared to the brutal January we experienced in Fairbanks. It even rained real hard here which made for some tricky driving conditions. It is funny how you becomed inured in your weather and what seems cold to another person is a tropical paradise for another. John coming from New York thinks the weather here is quite cold and Tacey and I after going through a bout of -30 consider +25 to be stifling hot. that is all
